Innovation and Transformation Through Partnership

Libraries are cornerstone to American democracy. What does it mean for libraries to look beyond the boundaries of space and mission? What does it mean when librarians act as innovators responsible for forging private and public partnerships in order to act as central agents for change?  Find out how Red Hook Public Library redefined its goals as a small rural library by seeking partnerships, including the one it forged with Bard College.  Learn how the experience changed both the organization and the people involved.
